Life changes when we change

Welllp I started my new classes last week and they were alright… I haven’t actually had to draw or create anything yet though, so I’m still super intimidated. My teachers seem cool thus far, as do the students. I’m really excited to be starting over at a new school. I’m just worried that I won’t have enough time to devote to my courses, but I guess we will see what happens aye? Besides that not much else is going on- Sarah, Lisa, and I are going to California this weekend and I’m SOOOOOOOOOO excited. I haven’t been outside of Utah since like my sophomore year of high school, so I am long over due. Hmm what else to post about? Oh I purchased a couple cd’s over the weekend (graywhale was having a buy 2 get 1 free sale… Saweeet) I bought The Cardigans-first band on the moon Oasis- What’s the story Morning Glory and The Beastie Boys To the five boroughs. They are all okay so far– nothing really great, but nothing bad either… Hmmm Oh I saw Red eye this weekend with Sarah and J- It was a lot better than I thought it would be. You should go see it. Hmm well this blog is kind of boring so I’m going to end it now- but Have a good’un!

I’M BACK!!

So I have decided to start posting again. I don’t really know why I stopped in the first place, but I just sort of did. I hope that people haven’t given up on my blog… Anyways a lot has happened since I last posted, mainly I got a new job. (Take that Darin!) So far it’s really great. I really like the work, and the people that I work with. My boss is also very cool, and generous which is something I’m not used to at all. It’s also nice since my boss and I were pre-existing friends that I haven’t had to build up his trust. I basically push papers all day, but it keeps me busy and that’s all that’s really important to me. I have a freaking sweet setup too. I have a swanky computer, desk and WEBCAM. Yeah I told you it was sweet. If you have Yahoo Messenger add Mallorymichelle3 to your list. I’m usually online throughout most of the day and if you’re lucky I will let you view my webcam… I’ve been known to pull faces at the camera to imitate the emoticons… Good times… hehe. Not much else has really happened since June or whenever the last time I posted… I start school next week and I’m really terrified of taking art classes. I hate it that I can’t take any photo classes until next year at this time. I’ve been toying around with the idea of changing my major, but I think I will stick with Photo. I just need to be a more active photographer… I’m going on a road trip over labor day weekend with my buddies Sarah and Lisa, Hopefully I will be able to get some good shots while I’m out and about. Hmmm what else is new? Oh I went on a date last night… It was pretty fun. However I am pretty sure that I am destined to be single for the rest of my life, which doesn’t really scare me, but it still sucks. Lol. What else is going on…? Oh if you live in Utah, some really killer shows are coming up! Keep your eyes open for Franz Ferdinand, NIN, and the Big Ass Show (sorry Darby and Zandi…) Bash sounds pretty cool- Cold is playing. They are a really great band, and play a good live show. If you’re interested in them check out the songs confession and No one off of their 13 ways to bleed on stage album. No One is a really REALLY good song. Franz Ferdinand should also be super cool, except their playing at Saltaire… Ew. oooh for my viewers who are 21 and older, Tim Reynolds is playing a gig at Suede in Park City. Oh how I wish I could go. I’m thinking about getting a fake ID just for the occasion. He is best known for his work that he has done with Mister Dave Matthews (check out Live at Luther ).
